Shipping-
All of our toy boxes are shipped via truck freight. This is the only way that we can deliver a toy box to you completely assembled and ready to go. If, for some reason, you can not receive truck shipments, please let us know and other arrangements can be made. Any orders returned to us labeled "RETURNED TO SENDER", returned due to an incorrect address, or any order that has an invalid or incorrect address may be subject to an additional shipping charge.
Returns-
We know you are going to love our products. They are all covered by our 100% guarantee so, in the event that you are unhappy for some reason, or If you find that the product you ordered is defective or does not perform to your expectations in any way; you can return it for a full refund. We will even cover the return shipping cost! You must, however, let us know within 30 days after receiving your order that you intend to return it. Returns for sales older than 30 days will not be accepted. Returns for non defective items will not be reimbursed for shipping and handling expenses.
Please note: All of the items we sell are made from real wood and may have minor cosmetic blemishes such as knots, tiny cracks, minor color differences, or irregularities. This is one of the natural, and beautiful, characteristics of real wood and is not considered a defect in any way.
